Our Mission

One version of the day, from the

gate to the general ledger

if something happened in you facilities, you should be able to see it,

explain it and account for it.

FACILITI exists to give service-based organisations a single, reliable spine that connects four realities of the same working day.

What Happened In Your Facilities?

What Your Workforce Actually Did, And Under Which Rules?

What You Paid And Booked In Your Systems?

What You Can Defend In Front Of Auditors And Under DPDP?

We do this by making FACILITI facility-native, identity-native, policy-native and ERP-aware from day one.

Principles

ERP presentation

Facilities are the front-end of your ERP.

In a service business, the ERP is not just a finance tool. It should reflect who entered, who worked and which rules applied in your facilities. FACILITI is built so facility data can flow into ERP-level reporting without manual massaging.

Finance analysis

Operations, HR and finance must tell the same story.

Security, facilities, HR and payroll should not be arguing about the same day. FACILITI gives them one log of reality- visitors, access, attendance and pay, so that the disagreements are about decisions, not about facts.

Policy discussion

Policies belong in the system, not only in handbooks.

If a rule lives only in a PDF, it will be bent. In FACILITI, access rules, shift patterns, late marks, leave logic and payroll behaviour are configured and enforced in the platform. Policy becomes behaviour, not advice.

Office workspace

Privacy is a design constraint, not a disclaimer.

With quickID Protocol and quickHABITAT, identity and event data are handled as assets, not as raw material to be hoarded. FACILITI is built for a DPDP-era reality. You can trace presence and actions without turning your facilities into a surveillance free-for-all.

Office meeting

Pricing should move only when the customer scales.

We do not charge per feature or per module. FACILITI pricing moves with visitor or member volume and the number of facilities. If your business has not grown, your invoice should not grow either. We aim to be infrastructure, not a toll on usage.

Team collaboration

Critical systems should be reliably boring, not cleverly fragile.

We are not optimising for showpiece demos. We are optimising for the moment, a tricky question lands, and the room says, "Check FACILITI. It will have the answer."

How Does This Show Up When You Use It

At the gate, staff stop negotiating and start following clear flows.

In operations, people stop stitching stories from multiple tools and start working from one narrative of the day.

In HR and payroll, month-end stops being a guessing battle and becomes an execution step.

In finance and leadership, reports stop feeling like best-effort approximations and start feeling like evidence.

In compliance and DPDP discussions, you can explain what you track, why you track it and how it is controlled.

That is the bar, not "nice software" but an infrastructure you can stand behind when it matters.
